Last week was difficult. One of our dogs was very sick and we had to make some hard decisions. He has been a faithful companion for the past six years.
Here he is as the sweet little puppy, he was when we brought him home.
We also took our oldest daughter back to school. She is doing extremely well and we are proud of her. It was the end to the festivities and a very reflective time for me. I am still processing how the New Year should change.
I finished up a blanket that may or may not be in the shop for purchase but will be a pattern. I just need to get it written up.
It is beautiful and has many Christmas memories crocheted into it.
It was great fun to work on and my favorite memory is all of the kids and our daughter in law watching Doctor Who. She was working on her knitting loom blanket while I crocheted on this one. We are both driven to finish these projects up.
