4 ideas for using Bib circles

I have a huge stack of bib circles cut out. Bib circles are the centers of the bibs that I remove from the bibs I sew for ChocolatesBabyShop. I keep saving them with no clear purpose in sight. I tried making yo-yos but quickly decided that I do not enjoy pulling that many gathering threads. So, I have been looking around to see if there is anything else I can do with them. I ran across some really good ideas on Pinterest.

This blog tells you how to make the applique circles without having raw edges! Simply a great idea.

There is this beautiful quilt.

I like this raw edge bubble quilt. It looks like it might be more in my style, a little random and unstructured.

I like this one with the black and white background. It sure is cute. It would make a great baby quilt.

This is a great way to use up scraps.

This is still a circle quilt but using scraps and up cycled denim.

I have been off the sewing machine for awhile. I have hurt my back a bit and I am not sure how I did it. I do know that it is slowing down all the sewing. I am afraid that I am falling behind on my Use My stash challenge. I have crocheted tons and I hope to have some new photos early next week. Our son is coming over this weekend to spend some time and I think he will be able to take  some great photos of the new baby blankets I have crocheted lately.

Talk to you later,

Karen
